Project Manager

Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking to recruit an organised, personable Project Manager, reporting to our Senior Project Manager and principally working on Projects with our largest retail customers.

Manor Concepts, based in Sandy, Bedfordshire has been trading for over 30 years and is one of the leading manufacturers of commercial refrigeration in the UK and part of the global group Arneg S.p.a. headquartered in Italy. We manufacture, deliver, and install refrigeration cabinets directly to major retailers throughout the UK and Ireland.

This remote-based role will be responsible for providing full project management on multiple projects running concurrently and you will work alongside other project managers and our Projects, Sales, Design, Production and Finance teams.

Main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Attending site surveys / scoping meetings.
• Reviewing store layouts to prepare programme of works and customer quotations.
• Planning and booking labour for projects.
• Site inspection/snagging visits to complete sign off with client.
• Work alongside administration support teams.
• Co-ordination of invoicing with administration.
• Any other tasks involved within a project management role.

Key skills required for this role;

• Must have excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Be assertive, organised and manage time efficiently.
• Have excellent computer skills using Excel and other operating systems.
• Be able to travel extensively and be contactable on occasions outside of normal working hours.
• Full driving licence is required.
• PRINCE qualification is not essential for this position.
• Full product and procedure training will be given to the successful applicant.
• We do not expect the successful candidate to be onsite for the installations, there maybe occasions when our install partners experience problems and may need to speak to you outside normal working hours/weekends.
• You do not need to be located within Bedfordshire but will be expected to attend the office at least once a week.
